Department of Clinical Medicine & Surgery, University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore arranged free Veterinary camp  to facilitate the general public, animal sellers and farmers for the treatment of sacrificial animals. Theses camps are arranged by UVAS  every year  before Eid ul Adha at different animal markets arranged by the  Punjab Government.  This year Eid camp was attended by DVM and post graduate students under supervision of Prof. Dr. Aneela Zameer Durrani,Chairperson CMS department. The Camps were arranged at  Shahpur Kanjran and Saggian by-pass from 11.09.2015 to 24.09.2015 .

Total 2,020 Buffalo/cattle  were treated at  both the camps . The treated animals also included 800, sheep and goats, 350, camels . All the medicines for the camps were supported by pharmaceutical companies and the Punjab Government, Cattle Market Management , Lahore. The camps motivated students to work for the betterment of public and society .
