Biography

Dr. Muhammad Asif Idrees joined the Department of Pathobiology in the discipline of Pathology at KBCMA College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (CVAS), Narowal (Sub-campus of UVAS, Lahore) as lecturer (BPS-18) on Nov 15, 2017. Previously he had been serving as faculty member in Bahaudin Zakariya University, Multan and later on at College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Jhang .
His major responsibilities include academics, research, Post-mortem and diagnostic services at the college. He has been awarded Fellow of Medical Research council, USA on his research contribution.  He is also approved faculty member and life time member of Pakistan Vet Medical Council (PVMC) Islamabad. He also holds life time membership of Pakistan Biological Safety Association (http://www.pbsa.org.pk). He has won Fulbright Scholarship and is on study leave to pursue his post-doctoral research at University of Minnesota since December, 2018. Dr. Muhammad Asif Idrees has several research publications in HEC recognized national and internationalimpacted scientific journals.
