Biography

Muhammad Rizwan Yousuf, is working as  Professor, in Theriogenology Section, Department of Clinical Sciences,  KBCMA College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Narowal. Which is a Constituent college of  University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan. He got his DVM Degree and M.Sc. (Hons) in the subject of Animal Reproduction from the college of Veterinary Sciences Lahore. His area of research was Buffalo oocyte maturation and study of nuclear morphology of buffalo oocyte. His research was published in a peer reviewed paper. He obtained his Ph. D from University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore Pakistan. His major area of research was estrus synchronization in dairy cattle and buffalo. This research work was also performed in Dr. Pursley Lab Michigan State University, Michigan USA.
Muhammad Rizwan Yousuf worked as Veterinary officer in Department of Livestock and Dairy Development, Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). He was one of the team members for the Eradication of Rinderpest from Pakistan. He was declared one of the (Participatory Disease Surveillance) PDS expert. He conducted several Livestock trainings for the National Rural Support programe (NRSP) as resource person in Islamabad. He was one of the master trainers to conduct PDS trainings Nationally and Internationally. He had developed PC-1 for the Livestock Department ICT Islamabad and executed smoothly.
Muhammad Rizwan Yousuf worked as Project Director for the Project “Establishment of University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at Bahawalpur” He contributed from its inception to complete execution including master planning, designing and its execution. He also served as first Registrar,  Cholistan University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (CUVAS) Bahawalpur.
He is life member of Pakistan Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA), Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC) and Society for Animal Reproduction of Pakistan (SARP).
Despite of teaching undergraduate and post graduate he is also providing technical services for the improved reproductive management to livestock farmer
