It is informed to all candidates who have applied at UVAS, Lahore against Disabled Quota for Undergraduate Admissions 2020 that their Medical Assessment will be conducted on 17-09-2020 at 09:00 a.m (Thursday) at City Campus UVAS Lahore (Medical & Health Services). In this regard, all candidates are directed to bring their following ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for Medical Assessment. Any of the candidates without following documents will not be assessed in any case.

1. Original Disability Certificate issued by the National / Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons / CNIC with Disability Logo 
2. Original CNIC/B. Farm
3. One latest Photograph (Passport size with blue background)
