The objective of the training was to promote women empowerment and their engagement in the freshwater fish processing industry which grantee the improvement of their well-being and their socio-economic uplift by enhancing women leadership in this sector. The participants did hands-on training on the fish processing equipment, operations and maintenance of following instruments.
