QEC Organized 03-Day AIT Cascading Workshop on Ensuring Training Effectiveness

The Quality Enhancement Cell in collaboration with Learning Innovation Division, Higher Education Commission, Islamabad organized a cascading training program for the faculty members of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences on “Ensuring Training Effectiveness” from July 08-10, 2013. The training program was a cascading of the training attended by Dr. Muhammad Ijaz, Assistant Professor, Clinical Medicine and Surgery in Thailand. The objective of this workshop was to equip the participants in conducting training need analysis, application of different teaching methodologies and result based management.
