GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS TO ENSURE DISCIPLINE ON CAMPUS

 

To maintain a safe, respectful, and academically conducive environment, all students are required to strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Students shall maintain respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, visitors, and fellow students at all times.
  • Any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, or discrimination (verbal, physical, or online) is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language is not allowed within or outside the campus.
  • Students must carry valid University ID cards and present them when required.
  • Students shall maintain professional boundaries and avoid any behavior that may disturb or harass others.
  • Unwanted communication through social media, telephone, or in-person interactions is strictly prohibited.
  • Public displays of inappropriate behavior are not permitted within campus premises.
  • University property, including classrooms, laboratories, farms, clinics, hostels, and cafeterias, must be used responsibly.
  • Any damage, theft, or misuse of University property will be treated as a serious offense.
  • Cleanliness and hygiene must be maintained in all areas of the campus.
  • Students are required to maintain professional appearance, especially in laboratories, clinics, and academic areas.
  • Smoking, use of drugs, alcohol, or any prohibited substances within campus premises is strictly banned.
  • Possession of weapons or any hazardous materials is not allowed.
  • Involvement in unlawful, unethical, or immoral activities is strictly prohibited.
  • Entry of unauthorized persons into the campus is strictly prohibited.
  • Cooperation with the Vigilance Team and Security Staff is mandatory.

Any violation of the above guidelines, University rules, or code of conduct shall result in strict disciplinary action, which may include but is not limited to:

  • Warning or written reprimand
  • Monetary fine
  • Suspension from classes or hostel
  • Cancellation of academic privileges
  • Expulsion from the University

The University reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate depending on the severity of the violation.
