Dear Students,

It is stated that as you know the Phase-4 of the PM Laptop Scheme has already been started and you have uploaded your applications for the said phase. It has been observed that many students' uploaded data has anomalies and is not reconciled with university's data. All applicants are therefore requested to very carefully check their SEMESTER , CGPA of that particular Semester based upon which they have applied for the scheme and YEAR OF STUDY as well. These three attributes combine to generate the merit for laptops so it can not contain any error as it may lead to elimination from the merit list. Applicants can refer to their DMC obtained from university for the mentioned data or can use information from university website for the said purpose. 

If any discrepancy is found in the uploaded data, applicants are required to download Correction Form from University's website and submit the filled one to their departmental Focal Person as well as you are also directed to get your data verified from your concern departmental focal persons on or before 05-06-2025 along with following documents positively.

• Original CNIC Card / Student Card
• Notified Result of Last Semester
• Intermediate Result Card
• Last Degree Result Card (Where Applicable)

Those students who fail to verify their data in a given time period, they are automatically not eligible for this scheme. Student presence is mandatory at the time of verification. Otherwise, his/her correction and verification will be disapproved by the departmental focal persons.
