Online applications are invited from the Pakistani Nationals of Punjab domicile only, who are not married to a foreign national for making appointment on the following position under Institute of Continuing Education & Extension. Applicants to apply online through university job portal. They are also required to submit signed hardcopy/printout of same pre-filled online application form to the Registrar’s Office. Fill Online application form carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission:

DVM from HEC recognized University/ Institution.

One (01) – Accountant
on purely contract basis
Rs. 50,000/- (All Inclusive)

B.Com / M.Com from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is essential.         OR
I.Com from a recognized institution with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is essential.        

One (01) Cattle Attendant
on purely contract basis
Rs. 37,000/- (All Inclusive)

Middle pass from a government or recognized private educational institution and possess good health

  1. The applicant must be domiciled in the Punjab
  2. Applications are required with attested copies of testimonials, certificates along with one recent attested passport size Photograph.
  3. Applicants can generate and deposit the fee through ONLINE BANK CHALLAN in any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan.
  4. Applicants are directed to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan (non-refundable) with application for the above mentioned posts as under:
  5. Rs. 1000/= for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 01 to 03
  6. Rs. 500/= for the post mentioned at Sr. No. 04.
  7. Disable candidates are exempted to deposit the application fee. They will have to attach disability certificate with the application.
  8. The appointment in the project will be made on purely contract basis till the completion of the project and there is no likelihood to be made on permanent basis after the completion of the project.
  9. The University reserves the right:
  10. not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
  11. to adjust / transfer / post the selected candidate at any campus / College Institute / Centre of the University
  12. to short list the applications / candidates in accordance with the criteria to be determined by the Vice Chancellor.
  13. to increase or decrease the number of posts.
  14. The candidates holding professional degrees (undergraduate / Postgraduate) must be recognized / registered by the relevant council.
  15. Persons already employed in Government or other organizations should apply through proper channel duly supported with No Objection Certificate from present employer. The NOC must express that there is no pending inquiry / outstanding dues against him/her. Moreover, there is/are no adverse remark in any of their annual confidential reports.
  16. The applicant is required to specifically express in the application, if s/he was awarded any penalty during his/her employment in any public or private sector organization or during studentship in the University/Institution. If s/he is found guilty of concealment of any of the relevant facts at any stage, his/her application will be liable to be rejected and in case of his/her appointment, s/he will be removed from University service without any notice.
  17. Interview call letters will be issued only to the eligible candidates.
  18. Last date for submission of online applications is 26-05-2025 (Monday) (within office hours). Printed online application form along-withs all attached documents must reach to this office upto 30-05-2025 (Friday). Incomplete applications or applications received after due date (even dispatched through courier or post) will not be entertained.
