Biography

Dr. Ali Raza Awan got PhD degree in Molecular Biology with Prof. Dr. Sheikh Riazuddin at Center of Excellence in Molecular Biology, University of the Punjab, Lahore Pakistan and research-training with Prof. Dr. James Cregg at Keck Graduate Research Institute, Claremont, CA, USA. Dr. Awan has supervised several M.Phil & PhD students. He is author and co-author of a number of peer-reviewed publications. His primary focus of research is on molecular evolution of genes and genomes and its practical applications. He has also been performing duties as Deputy Director Technical, Business Incubator Center, UVAS.
