ZEST-2025 was held under the theme “From Ecosystems to Genomes: Bridging Zoology for a Sustainable Future.” The conference aimed to bring researchers together to discuss emerging zoological science, connect ecosystem-level research with genomic approaches, and explore interdisciplinary solutions to current biological and environmental challenges.
The event was organized by the Department of Zoology within the Division of Science & Technology at the University of Education, Lahore. Public reporting describes an international programme with national and international speakers and research-abstract presentations. The certificate names Prof. Dr. Shagufta Andleeb, Chairperson of Zoology, and Prof. Dr. Mohammad Alam Saeed, Pro-Vice Chancellor/Director, Division of Science & Technology, among the signatories.
