2025
UVAS in collaboration with Ghazi Brothers and Department of Pathology arranged a one day seminar on Poultry Health Monitoring Tools, Techniques & Best Practices at City Campus Lahore on May 5th, 2025. Dr Ludio Gomes was the guest speakers who delivered a informative lecture while Dr. M. Saeed Imran from Department of Pathology was lead organizer in the event.

- Hands-on Training on Necropsy Practice, Dept. of Pathology, UVAS, Lahore – 23–24 Apr 2018.
- One Health Approach for Molecular Diagnosis, Epidemiology, and Control of Brucellosis in Pakistan – ALP Islamabad, May 2018–June 2020, involved farmers in zoonotic disease control training.
- International Workshop on Ruminant Diseases (including wildlife ruminants), Dept. of Pathology, UVAS, Lahore – 21–23 Mar 2022.
Both events included livestock farmers and field veterinarians, focusing on zoonotic disease control to improve herd health and food security.

Department of Pathology is providing postmortem services, histopathological examination, serum biochemical analysis, PCR for brucella to diagnose the diseases in small and large animals and poultry.
