Biography
Dr. Abdul Rehman is a dedicated academician and language rofessional serving as a Lecturer in English within the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), City Campus, Lahore. He possesses diverse expertise that spans English language teaching, educational course development, and academic mentoring.
Dr. Rehman completed his primary foundational studies with an M.A. and M.Phil. in English from the University of Education, Lahore. Committed to advancing his academic credentials, he earned his Doctorate (Ph.D.) from the
University of Education, Lahore, in 2026. His educational qualifications are
further augmented by a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (PGD TEFL) from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad, and a Certificate in Teaching from the Institute of Professional Development, Islamabad.
Throughout his career, Dr. Rehman has served multiple educational institutions as an English teacher and teacher educator. His multifaceted contributions to academic design and instructional administration include roles as a course development coordinator, course developer, and workshop coordinator. An active member of the academic community, he has presented papers at national conferences focusing on various operational aspects of education and has published his research findings in international journals.
