Farm Manager OfficeIntroductionAgriculture Farms was established in 2004 as first working office at Ravi campus, the objective behind this idea was to adopt the modern technologies of agriculture on large scale for the demonstration to the students and end users (Livestock and other farms). This office developed the barren land for agriculture and converted the deserted site into a well managed landscape. This office provides feed both in raw and processed form to all departments of Ravi Campus mainly livestock by adopted better technologies which increases crop production, decreases cost of production and increases soil fertility. It has been also facilitating all departments of the University regarding research by providing inputs i.e. Land, farm machinery, seed, fertilizer, labour, pesticides etc. Farm also conducts experiments of M. Phil and Ph.D. scholars under varying agro ecological conditions on their requests. It provides advisory services to the farmers regarding advanced technologies of livestock based Agri. farms. This farm conducts various training and developed demonstration sites for latest innovation with collaborations of national and international organizations. Activities:
