Biography

Dr. Muhammad Arshad (HEC approved supervisor), is Assistant Professor (Biochemistry), Department of Basic Science, Jhang-Campus University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan and holds M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry. He worked as Deputy General Manager, United Ethanol Industries Ltd Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan before he joined the academia. His fundamental expertise is in the field of Bioethanol production from molasses.  He has several peer reviewed research publications and conference proceedings.

  • Research Proposal “Environment Friendly Disposal of Slaughterhouse Byproduct To Meet The Energy Crises In Pakistan” Of $ 11845submitted to Comstech-  Twas Joint Research Grants Programme for Young Scientists In OIC Countrie.

DISTINCTIONS

  • Won HEC PhD Fellowship under “Indigenous 5000 PhD Fellowship Program Batch IV for four years from 2008 to 2011.
