Mega Tutorial Group
Two to four tutorial groups are arranged under a Mega Tutor. Mega tutor is amongst the senior most person of all the teaching staff of the tutorial groups. One mega tutorial groups meeting is being held during the last week of each month under the patronage of a Mega Group Tutor. All the tutorial groups in each Mega Group meet together and discuss the important topics of interest. There could be a competition between the Tutorial Group in the terms of sports debates etc.

Responsibilities Of A Tutor And Mega Tutor

• Tutors are expected to act as advisors, counselors, guardians and supervisors for the undergraduate and / or DVM students of the respective Tutorial group.

• Tutorial meetings are held every week whereas the Mega Tutorial meetings are held once in a month.

• A fine of Rs.10 is imposed to the students on each absence of the tutorial group meeting which is deposited in the Habib Bank Ltd; Civil Lines Branch Account No. 13545 Without which he/she cannot ask for any favor from the tutor/ mega tutor.

• A Tutor may recommend a casual leave for a period of 7 days and Senior Tutor will notify it.

• Leave beyond 7 days will be recommended by the Tutor and notified by the Dean.

• The leave cannot condone the shortage of lectures.

• All the applications of students are recommended based on facts, by laws statutes and regulations of the University by the Tutor and not just signing formality and not just as recommended please.

• The Tutors and Mega Tutors are encouraged to hold the meeting/class regularly with enthusiasm, zeal and with a high spirits intellect.
