M.Phil. Zoology
16 years of schooling or 4 years education (130 credit hours) after F.Sc./Grade12 equivalents. Minimum

Div. with 50% marks according to annual system or minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 according to the
semester system from a recognized University in Zoology, Fisheries and Aquaculture, Biology,
Biological Sciences, M.B.B.S, BDS, DVM and B.Sc. Applied Microbiology or M.Sc. in Zoology,
Biology, Biological Sciences.
Entrance Test by the University:
Candidates will have to clear Departmental Entrance Test conducted
by the University related to the subject for which admission application will be submitted. Passing marks
will be 50% in entry test.

Ph.D. Zoology
The candidates must have degree in M.Sc. Hons./M.Phil. in Zoology, Fisheries & Aquaculture, Wildlife
& Ecology, Wildlife and Range management or any other related field with minimum of 1
