In accordance with the ordinance of the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore, Mr Attique Ahmad, Registrar is one of the whole time Officers of the University. He is appointed by the Syndicate, on the recommendation of the selection board. He shall

1. Be the custodian of the Common Seal and the academic records of the University.
2. Maintain a register of Registered Graduates in the prescribed manner.
3. Conduct elections of members to the various authorities in the prescribed manner.
4. Perform such other duties as may be prescribed.

He is Secretary of the following Statutory Bodies :

1. Syndicate
2. Academic Council
3. Selection Board
4. Affiliation Committee

There are three branches in Registrar's Office as detailed below:-

• General / Student Record Branch Headed By: Mrs. Nazia Sultana (Assistant Registrar)
