Arrangement of optimum development funds for strengthening and progress of the University to provide quality education and research in the field of Veterinary and Animal Sciences.
To guide, assist and coordinate with the subject specialists of the University to prepare various development projects for strengthening and launching of various developmental activities of the University.
To scrutinize and submit the development projects of the University for seeking funding from different donors agencies.
To follow the already submitted projects for their approval and release of funds from competent authority.
To monitor the implementation of approved development projects and get progress report of ongoing development projects from different departments.
To coordinate and furnish progress / implementation reports of development projects to the Higher Education Commission or other donors.

15 Years Vision / Perspective Plan
UVAS has also presented and
submitted its well focused / targeted revised 15 years vision /
perspective plan to the HEC which also includes its future
development programs / projects amounting to Rs. 3.5 billion over a
period of 10 to 12 years.
University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore has been provided
with 811 acres pf Land and its some structures by the curtsy of
Government of Punjab in 4 blocks (A, B, C & D). We have planned to
develop these blocks as per following:
Block A (452 Acres)

Keeping in view vision of the UVAS and future planning and high importance of various infrastructures, UVAS has got topographic survey of all the three blocks (A, B & C) of land and master planning of A block from NESPAK as most of the structures and buildings of new campus have been planned to be constructed in this block
